Police Check Immigration Related Parties Passport Gayus

 Jakarta - Police have asked for information related to the Immigration Gayus Tambunan fake passport under the name Sony Laksono. But the information was not included in the minutes of the examination (BAP).
"The questioning is some but not entered in the minutes," said the Head of Police Headquarters Comr passenger Joey Boy Amar at Police Headquarters Trunojoyo Road, South Jakarta, Thursday (13/01/2011).
Boy says, a description of some of Immigration could have been used as a BAP in the case of Gayus passport. This will be determined in the near future. But the Boy did not mention anyone who questioned by investigators.

"What is needed later in the minutes, will be determined within a few days," said the former Head of Public Relations Polda Metro Jaya.

In addition, investigators also will call back Gayus and his wife, Milana, for further investigation. But Boy do not know for sure, when both will be summoned to Police Headquarters.

"This afternoon, investigators conduct a limited cabinet meeting and an analysis to determine further steps. An examination of Gayus and Milana indeed there will be calling back but I do not know when," said Boy.

Related to this case, the Criminal Investigation Police Headquarters has set A (35) as one of three suspected gang members as passport Gayus Tambunan. Police previously said, the cost of a false passport was about 100 thousand dollars or equivalent to Rp 1 billion. But the lawyer Gayus, Hotma Sitompoel, not to mention the cost Rp 200 million.

Gayus himself have been checked by the investigator and subject to Article 266 jo article 55 and article 56 of the falsification of documents. Meanwhile, police is looking into the alleged involvement in the case of passport Gayus Milana.
